Shore Construction Group is part of The Shore Group Holdings, a privately owned Company, founded in 2008. Our first Company was The Shore Group – a construction recruitment business, still trading today.

The timing of this new Company was extremely challenging as the construction industry was entering in to a recession, but with tenacity, drive and ambition to succeed, we were awarded our first contract from a Client that that has remind loyal to our business from the concept. By applying the same ethos and working collaboratively with key Clients we found a winning formula. Starting out in a small humble office in Shoreham-on Sea, by 2011 we had grown to employing 5 full time staff and managing over 500 operatives per week. We also invested heavily in compliance, creating our Payroll Business, Boost Pay Ltd.

As Founders we have never forgotten the stresses and challenges associated in the early years. We spent months working long hours, visiting countless numbers of building projects, servicing Client’s requirements on a daily basis to the best of our ability while being respectful and grateful to the operatives and managers deployed on the projects - these are core values adhered to by all our employees today. In an ever changing construction environment in 2014 we restructured the business to offer all our Clients an integrated construction solutions. The Shore Group has grown over the past decade and now encompasses 12 Divisions, delivering Bespoke Solutions for the most Complex Projects around the UK.

In 2016 Shore Construction Group was formed to facilitate our Clients requirements by offering a full Turnkey Solution for their developments. Today, we have a combined turnover of £140M, process 3000 payments every week and have a number of projects on site with a broad range of Developers, Retailers and Contractors.
